A Denver accountant was sentenced to prison Friday and ordered to pay $2.9 million in restitution in connection with thefts from college trust funds and apartment rent payments.
Peter Davis Johnson, 65, was sentenced to 20 years in prison for violating the Colorado Organized Crime Control Act and 12 years each, to be served concurrently, for four theft counts.
