Photos Show Cuban Embassy Opening After 54 Years

Crowds gathered on 16th St. NW in Washington, D.C., on Monday as the Cuban Embassy reopened 54 years after President Dwight D. Eisenhower cut off ties with the country in 1961. Onlookers, along with new Cuban Embassy employees, cheered as the Cuban flag was raised.
