The opening reception for the Los Angeles Art Association's 85th Anniversary exhibition, Measure for Measure, curated by Dr. Lisa Randall and Lia Halloran, and featuring work by artists Zig Gron, Katrina McElroy, Felicity Nove, Barbara Parmet, Susan Sironi, Elizabeth Tobias and Meeson Pae Yang.

Grounded and Attraction

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 11
Casting Call
LAXART (Culver City)
9am-6pm
LAXART presents Charlie White's Casting Call, a one-day performance event in the form of a casting call seeking a "California Girl" between the ages of 13 and 16. A windowed divide will create a public viewing room for onlookers of the entire casting process. The selected teen will appear on a Los Angeles billboard in conjunction with LAXART's Billboard Project seires in October.
