How Newsrooms Are Celebrating Their Pulitzer Wins

The announcement of the Pulitzers on Monday set off celebrations at a number of news organizations across the country.

The Guardian and the Washington Post won the public service award for their NSA reporting, as many observers predicted. The full list of winners was announced at Columbia University.

What was it like inside the newsrooms that won? The Boston Globe won for its coverage of the Boston Marathon bombings last April. The applause was "followed by a moment of silence," the Globe's Michael A. Brodeur reported.
