Sonja And Ramona Are Still The Thelma and Louise of The Upper East Side

"Don't be all, like, uncool." "GO TO SLEEP!" "You are a mean girl and you are in high school! And I am in Brooklyn!” The sound of Aviva throwing her prosthetic leg on the table at Le Cirque.

Over the past seven seasons, "The Real Housewives of New York" has delivered some truly WTF moments of reality television. Thanks to the revolving door of skinny girls, nail polish entrepreneurs and quasi-royals, "RHONY" has remained unapologetically outrageous, even as our interest in Bravo's sister franchises have wained.

At the "Sonja in the City" Season 8 premiere party on Tuesday, hosted by Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer (portmanteau: Ramonja) at the Upper East Side hotspot Beautique, the pinot grigio was flowing and the housewives were spilling all the tea.

"I think I want to get closer to the girls and back to the basis of our friendships," Morgan told The Huffington Post about the new season. "But I get a lot of flack from the girls when it comes to my businesses, boyfriends and drinking."

Singer, the series' resident pot-stirrer, made Morgan's alcohol consumption a plot point last season, spreading rumors that she was an "alcoholic" during a girls trip gone wrong to Turks and Caicos.

"Ramona's always telling me what to do and being overly dramatic," Morgan said, seemingly unaffected by her other half's potentially damaging comments.

According to the toaster oven queen herself, new housewife Julianne Wainstein, might be the cast's next target. “[Julianne's] very sensitive and an open book, which leads you to be picked on,” Morgan said.

Wainstein, described by Bravo as a "stay at home mom and socialite" looks like she's already shaking up the "RHONY" dynamic. "She's Asian and Jewish, but you don't have to remember that cause she'll tell you like two dozen times," Carole Radziwill snarkily remarks in the new season's promo.

But, according to Singer, the season's most intense moment belongs to Bethenny Frankel and LuAnn de Lesseps, who is recently engaged to businessman Tom D'Agostino. Asked what Season 8's storyline to remember will be, Ramona had this to say: "The moment that Bethenny divulges something about LuAnn and Tom."

Bottoms up, ladies!

"The Real Housewives of New York" premieres April 6 at 9 p.m ET on Bravo.
