WESTMINSTER (KTLA)-- Disgraced former Bell city manager, Robert Rizzo, pleaded guilty Wednesday to driving under the influence of alcohol.
Rizzo, 56, was arrested March 6 for driving with a blood alcohol level of .28 -- more than three times the legal limit -- after someone called police saying that a man had crashed into a mailbox and drove into an alley in Huntington Beach where Rizzo has a home.
Arresting officers said Rizzo was so unstable they had to stop a field sobriety test.
