An unwanted copy of USA Today has one California man suing mad, literally. Rodney Harmon is suing Hilton for charging him 75 cents for a copy of the paper that he didn't request.
Last March, Harmon spent the night at the Hilton Garden Inn Sonoma County Airport. As he was leaving the next morning he saw the USA Today at his door, but left it where it was.
