Two years have passed since Mary Nguyen Aregoni and Theresa Nguyen opened their full-service Vietnamese restaurant Saigon Sisters, 567 W. Lake St. in the Fulton River District.
And in that time, the restaurant -- an expansion of a business that was once only a banh mi booth at the city's French Market nearby -- has grown into a River West favorite.
Aregoni recently sat down with Chat Chow TV to talk about the inspiration behind her restaurant's menu.
