Scott Brown Continues To Align Himself With Obama

Scott Brown Gives Shout-Out To Obama

Republican Sen. Scott Brown continues to align himself with President Obama as he faces a heated re-election bid in Massachusetts. The latest shout-out to the president came Wednesday with this tweet from Brown: "Glad to back at the White House with #Obama for another bill signing. #STOCKAct brings much needed ethics reform to Washington."

As sole Republican in Massachusetts' congressional delegation, facing a neck-and-neck race against popular progressive candidate Elizabeth Warren, Brown has been quick to point out ties between himself and the president throughout his campaign, and continues to tout his bipartisan track record.

Meanwhile the Democratic Party is doing their part to not let Brown get away with it. Democrats released an ad Wednesday tying the senator to Mitt Romney -- a double blow that could also hurt the GOP presidential candidate trying to escape his moderate image.

Massachusetts' closely watched senate race is still a nail-biter: Brown and Warren were tied in a University of New Hampshire/Boston Globe poll released Tuesday.
