Politicians have a strange urge to share their homemade meals ― and it never seems to end well. We saw this happen with the prime minister of New Zealand, Bill English, when he posted a photo of his homemade pizza topped with canned spaghetti. (Don’t worry, social media let him know everything that you’re feeling about that atrocity.)
And now it’s Governor Scott Walker’s turn. He posted a photo of his Memorial Day cookout on Twitter, and it was not a pretty sight.
Grilling out!!! pic.twitter.com/gElUPZJlBk

If you know anything about grilling, you know that the picture above isn’t how you make great kebabs. It’s not even how you make decent kebabs. Twitter picked up on his rookie mistakes right away, and let him know it.
Salt, Pepper, a little olive oil. If you cant handle the basics step away from the grill.

— Dan Sanders (@DonSamders) May 29, 2017
Not marinated. Not seasoned. Onions cooking as long as chicken. This screams "Norovirus!!!" Were you raised by wolves?

Also, put all of the same items on skewers to guarantee even cooking of each. Honestly, Walker. Figure out life already.

You're bad at this.

These skewers demonstrate the declining standards of Republican leaders.

Do you want both overdone steak AND food poisoning? 'Cuz this is how you do it.
— The🌹Centipede (@TheCentipede) May 29, 2017
It's not rocket science.
I should know.
Of course he wants overdone steak, just like the President. Probably dips the whole thing in ketchup, too.

You know you have to make a fire in there right? Also you may want to learn how to use a knife.
— Todd Golden (@ToddGolden2) May 29, 2017
This is why you're not president.
— TheJazzyUte (@TheJazzyUte) May 29, 2017
At least he didn't call it "barbecuing"
