Thousands of Sporting Kansas City fans at their game against Philadelphia last Friday filled in to sing the U.S. National Anthem when the microphone system failed to work.
According to Fox 13 in Salt Lake City, Dr. Cameron Smith was supposed to sing the national anthem but the microphone -- and the backup mic -- stopped working after he already started.
The fans at Sporting Park picked up right where he left off.
