The Super Congress's Super Donors

All eyes in Washington are on the 12 members of the new congressional supercommittee charged with finding $1.5 trillion in deficit reductions over a decade. So who are those lawmakers beholden to? According to a Center for Responsive Politics report posted Wednesday, the members have received high-dollar campaign contributions from a slew of industries, including the legal, financial and health care sectors. Below, a slide show featuring the top commercial industry contributors to each member of what is arguably the most powerful congressional sub-committee ever created. For senators, the contributions date from 2007 to 2011; for representatives, they are just from 2011:

Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.)

CORRECTION: An earlier version of this article identified Dave Camp as a congressman from Texas. He is from Michigan.
