Einstein once said, "Through meditation I found answers before I even asked the question." https://ideamensch.com/the-4-healthy-habits-of-highly-creative-people

Having something that wonderful at our disposal is a blessing that I don't believe should be ignored. In my daily practice, I am surprised at the amount of people who cannot sit with themselves for even five minutes. For them, meditation is a daunting undertaking, a stealer of personal time in a world where personal time is a commodity that is hard to come by. When we have five minutes to spare, we rarely think of spending it quietly with ourselves. And that is what meditation is: spending time with oneself. To go a step further, it's actually spending time with your higher self, that part of us that guides us intuitively. When practiced faithfully, meditation is a rewarding and personal experience that may create more time in your life while enriching it with insight. It becomes simply a matter of focus.

In a previous blog, I addressed the health benefits of meditation. In this blog, we are taking a look at other ways the practice can be helpful.

1. Meditation is able to afford you a break and allows you to self-repair from your day.
2. Meditation is able to allow vfor clarity and balance.
3. Meditation may improve creativity and help in problem-solving.

It's also said that people who practice meditation regularly may look and feel typically 10-15 years younger than other people at their age. All this takes is 10-20 minutes a day, every day. Make it part of your morning or evening routine. Try to look at it as important as brushing your teeth or taking a shower and you will begin to embrace the other benefits of meditation.
