We're well aware that the "Fog City" is rolling with steep hills that -- for better or worse -- challenge the locals to a daily workout. But we often forget that the buildings lining these streets are engaged in gravity-defying exercises of their own. And, as this photo of what appears to be a tilted house in San Francisco can attest to, the architecture can play tricks on our sense of perception.

Reddit user Projectoffset shared a photo of this home (originally photographed by Dahlstrom Photography) which seems to be toppling over. This vertigo-inducing image was produced by aligning the camera's horizon line to the street level. For a proper view of the property, user Cubol adjusted the image by rotating it 16 degrees.
