The lights unexpectedly went out live on-air on "Today" on Thursday, but the blooper didn't faze Ann Curry one bit.
The co-host was introducing Jane Pauley when the set went dark a few seconds into the segment. Curry kept going without so much as a flinch. "The lights have gone out, but Jane is here and she can still tell us what's happening in the dark," she noted.
The lights returned later, and Curry praised Pauley for being a "good sport" who "kept on trucking even when the lights went out."
So what caused the outage? Al Roker jokingly took responsibility for the snafu.
