Tom Cruise has been one of the biggest movie stars in the world for almost three decades, and though the 50-year-old actor has found mega-success, he's not concerned with his children following in his footsteps.

E! News caught up with Cruise at the premiere of his new film "Oblivion" in Hollywood on Wednesday night, and asked the actor if he'd let his youngest daughter Suri, 6, get into acting one day.

"All my kids [can]," he told the website, referring to the children he adopted with then-wife Nicole Kidman -- Connor, 18, and Isabella, 20. "What I do is try to find out what they're interested in and support them in that. There's no pressure. I'm lucky. I love what I do. I think with them, it's just find out what you want to do and support it."

While Cruise didn't say if Suri has ever expressed an interest in acting, Connor has already tried his hand at acting, appearing in the 2008 movie "Seven Pounds," starring his father's good friend Will Smith, and in the 2012 remake of "Red Dawn."

As for Suri, while both her parents are actors, we see her heading into the world of fashion, as she's been wearing heels since the age of 3, and mom Katie Holmes says she's "got a great eye."

"She'll really tell me [what she thinks]. Like today I'm wearing brown suede pants, and she said, 'I don't like your pants.' But then she'll say, 'You've got to wear these shoes.' Or, 'That's so pretty, Mom. Wear that.' She's got a great eye," Holmes told Elle magazine in June 2011.
