Tony Parker's Chris Brown Lawsuit: Basketball Player Lodges New Claim About Singer

Tony Parker Says Chris Brown Is Unable To Socialize Peacefully

If you're a member of Team Rihanna, Team Frank Ocean, Team Drake or Team Tony Parker -- anyone else Chris Brown has scorned? -- then you've come to the right place.

Remember the $20 million lawsuit that Parker filed against New York City nightclub W.i.P. last June? Well, thanks to Brown's recent outburst at Frank Ocean, Parker, 30, has found new leverage against Brown, 23, in his case.

TMZ reports that the NBA star is taking advantage of Brown's latest controversy by saying that the singer lashing out at Ocean over a parking spot is proof Brown is unable to go out carousing without causing a debacle and therefore never should have been allowed to enter the nightclub in the first place.

The incident fits in nicely with Parker's narrative in the lawsuit, which stemmed from Brown's fight with Drake at W.i.P. last summer -- a blowup that led to a shard of glass piercing Parker's cornea.

Parker's legal documents also refer to the infamous beating of Rihanna, to which Brown confessed in June 2009, as further evidence of his violent nature.
