Failure is part of any successful life, and Tupperware CEO Rick Goings knows that firsthand.
During a conversation with HuffPost Live's Nancy Redd, Goings shared the moment he felt most defeated in his career.
"I was number two at Avon, and I never will forget the Friday I walked into the chairman's office and we were arguing about things, and I said, 'Would you rather I not be here?' I got fired Monday," Goings said.

It was a shock, but Goings said being let go ultimately freed him from a conflict-ridden situation and gave him the opportunity to move to Tupperware, where he's enjoyed "the most important two decades of my life."
