Amazing Images From Early Rounds Of U.S. Open (PHOTOS)

The first two rounds of 2011 U.S. Open have been all about one man -- Northern Ireland's Rory McIlroy.

The 22-year-old, who made his name with an unfortunate Masters meltdown, shot an incredible 65 for Thursday's round one at the Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Md.

Today, with the field chasing him, McIlroy finds himself flirting with tournament records as he tries to claim his first major tour championship.
