For a mere $899,000, you can own this gorgeous abode that used to be a steamboat stop in the 1870s. If that isn't cool enough, this home is one of the oldest buildings in the city of Titusville and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
And, according to Way Marketing, the original owner Perry Wager, the publisher of the town's first newspaper, received deliveries by boat thanks to the structure's dock. Not to mention the fact that it has direct views to the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral.
