'Wager House' Is For Sale In Titusville, Florida And Has Awesome History (PHOTOS)

Residents have seen rockets, satellites and space shuttles right from their front door.

There's nothing like a home with an interesting backstory. To wit: The historical Wager House in Titusville, Florida. Currently up for sale, the home has seen its fair share of history.

For a mere $899,000, you can own this gorgeous abode that used to be a steamboat stop in the 1870s. If that isn't cool enough, this home is one of the oldest buildings in the city of Titusville and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

And, according to Way Marketing, the original owner Perry Wager, the publisher of the town's first newspaper, received deliveries by boat thanks to the structure's dock. And although it no longer has this cool feature, the completely refurbished house does have a waterfront deck, patio, three bedrooms and three and a half baths and hardwood floor throughout. Not to mention the fact that it has direct views to the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral. Though the space shuttle program has since been retired, residents can see the occasional satellite launch.
