What could possibly bring the CW -- home to "Gossip Girl" and the new "90210" -- and legendary French couture designer Jean Paul Gaultier together? Lady Gaga, so you see, this doesn't need to make sense. Gaga will kick off the CW's fall season Monday night with a fashion special," Gaga by Gaultier," in which the two Gs will sit down in his Paris workshop to talk fashion and her career. The special will air tonight at 8 p.m.

Roger Ebert's memoir, "Life Itself," had us at with its first words. In a sneak peek of the book's opening pages, we witness a young Ebert in his childhood home where, among other things, he learns to tie his shoes: "My mother says today my father is going to teach me to tie my shoes for myself. 'It can't be explained in words,' he tells me. 'Just follow my fingers.' I still do. It cannot be explained in words." One can only imagine what its like for Roger Ebert to not be able to explain something in words. "Life Itself" has received warm reviews so far, with the AP noting that this is "fresh evidence that Roger Ebert is a writer who happens to love movies, not a movie lover who happens to write." Watch for its release Tuesday.
ABC will air never-before-seen interview footage with Jackie Kennedy Tuesday evening. Recorded in 1964, the special takes from eight-and-a-half hours of interviews, in which the famously soft-spoken Jackie reveals some juicy tidbits -- Exhibit A: JFK never wanted Lyndon Johnson to become president. The interviews will also be compiled a book coming out Wednesday, "Jacqueline Kennedy: Historic Conversations on Life with John F. Kennedy." Both are being released now to coincide with the 50th anniversary of President Kennedy's first year in office. Tune in Tuesday at 9/8 C on ABC.

The "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia" crowd returns to us for its seventh season on Thursday, with an episode titled "Frank's Pretty Woman." Based off these parody promos, we're holding out hope that they've reinvented the entire season as a never-ending Hallmark movie. Tune in at 10 p.m. on FX.

Ryan Gosling continues his roll of festival-friendly films with "Drive," a heist film starring Gosling as a Hollywood stunt performer who moonlights as a getaway driver for criminals. The drama kicks in when he realizes a contract has been put on him after a heist gone awry. "Drive" earned Danish director Nicolas Winding Refn the best director award at Cannes and it's sitting pretty at 95 percent on Rotten Tomatoes. The film's other stars-who-are-not-yet-heavyweights include Carey Mulligan, Bryan Cranston and Christina Hendricks.
