Classic Wham Track Gets A Terrifying Heavy Metal Twist

You've probably never heard Wham quite like this before.

"Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" has been given a serious heavy metal makeover in a cover that's going viral.

Record producer Leo Moracchioli injected some terrifying dark energy into George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley's 1984 classic. Check it out above.

Moracchioli, who runs Frog Leap Studios in Rogaland, western Norway, played all the instruments himself to create the astonishing remix.

The clip, which sees him excitably throwing himself around his recording studio, has garnered almost 150,000 views since being posted to YouTube on Friday.
