'Shatner Rules' Explains Angst Of Turning 80

William Shatner, Hollywood's iconic actor, musician and philanthropist, has co-authored a new book called "Shatner Rules: Your Guide to Understanding the Shatnerverse and the World at Large."

The 80-year-old Star Trek star teamed up with Chris Regan, a comedy writer who wrote for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, to present "tongue-in-cheek" rules about living life to the fullest.

"The rule is: Get out of bed and take one step and put it ahead of the other. Even if you don't feel like it," Shatner says in the USA Today video above.
