Zachary Marco's Father Offers Services To Killer's Accomplice

Father Of Murdered Arizona State Student Offers Son's Killer A Deal

Arizona State student Zachary Marco was killed on his way home from the library in an apparent robbery on Oct. 19. He was 21.

No suspects have been found in Marco's murder, and his father, criminal defense attorney Dan Marco, is seeking to change that.

CBS 5 has the story:

Dan Marco announced during a live interview with CBS 5 News that he would ensure that one of the bandits gets the best legal representation, but only if the suspect turns in his partner who pulled the trigger.

"What I offer to him is that if he comes forward, I will do my best to ensure that he gets the best defense possible and gets a deal that ensures that he sees the light of day again," said Marco.

Marco also said that since Zach's killing, he doesn't know if he can continue to represent accused criminals.

Police believe two men apprehended Marco in want of his laptop and cell phone.
