Zimbabwe's Election: Pandering To The "Terrified" Vote

Zimbabwe's opposition leader has thrown up his hands, but he's not throwing in the towel. Democracy activist Morgan Tsvangirai quit his presidential bid Sunday after president/dictator Robert Mugabe's regime gave the finger to the runoff elections and killed Tsvangirai supporters. The ex-challenger's emerged Wednesday from his refuge at the Dutch embassy to urge for UN peacekeepers to protect Zimbabwe's people before widespread national unrest results in massacre. UPDATE: Now he's saying he didn't.
