Having a number one hit the world over in 'See You Again' is something you can't plan. The rest of pop singer and composer Charlie Puth's road to success, however, has been very deliberate. From the outset Puth, a graduate of the Berklee College of Music, had a very clear goal: to be "as catchy as possible." While some might perceive "pop" as a dirty word in music, the singer stresses that pop simply means popular, and that there's nothing wrong with trying to reach as many listeners as possible. "With the Sophomore, then you make it a little bit more artistic once you have that established fanbase, which is what i'm working on right now."
