After reading Nick Ortner's new book, The Tapping Solution, I became passionate about tapping and started to apply the technique to every area of my life. Sometimes our obsession over physical pain stems from an emotion. Our emotions trigger shifts in our bodies' delicate balance of hormones and neurotransmitters. Positive emotions support our health, while negative emotions stimulate stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol. Negative emotions are also a major contributor to pain. Therefore, tapping on your pain allows you to release your emotional attachment to it, thereby relieving the physical discomfort as well. If it sounds powerful, that's because it is!

When you watch this video, repeat each phrase I say while tapping on the different meridians specified. Just follow my lead and expect miracles.
