Chef Peter knows firsthand that you sometimes have to put a creative spin on things to get kids to like it.

Take meatloaf for example--by turning that unappealing blob in a pan into a mouthwatering giant meatball, kids will love it!

It's an old Italian favorite with a kid-friendly twist. That's one ginormous meatball!

Ginormous Meatball
2 1/2 pounds of organic whole ground meat
1/2 of one large onion, chopped
1 egg
ketchup
Pinch of salt, pepper and herbs de Provence

Mix:
ground meat
egg
dash of ketchup
salt, pepper, and herbs de Provence

Shape into giant meatball and regular size meatballs
Cook the mini-meatballs for 15-30 minutes and take out of oven
Continue cooking giant meatball for a total of 45 minutes to one hour

Sauce:
-Mix one cup meat broth with 3 tablespoons of ketchup
