In this pilot episode, Mike McLeod is a 35-year-old single dad with two sons. Aside from his full-time job, he tries to make ends meet by working as a basketball trainer and referee. He gives back to his community by getting involved in many civic projects. His day begins at 5:30 a.m. and ends at 1 a.m. We surprised Mike and his boys with a visit from Barbara to organize the space in his kitchen so he can cook better meals and have space for his boys to do their homework.
