Arianna discussed her new book 'Thrive' in a conversation with Michael Lynton, CEO of Sony Pictures Entertainment, on Wednesday.
She recounted the accident she had seven years ago in which she collapsed from exhaustion, and explained how that incident started her on a journey of "redefining success" by focusing more on slowing down, unplugging and prioritizing self-care.
"When we reduce life to our to-do list and our next project, it becomes so very prosaic," she says. "When we lose the poetry, it's harder to tap into the gratitude."
