Arianna appeared on CBS This Morning to discuss women in the workplace. Joined by Newsweek editor-in-chief Tina Brown and cosmetics mogul Bobbi Brown, she spoke out on the importance of being ambitious without burning out.
"I think it's imperative for women to hold success differently. Not just to enter the workplace and do success the way men did it, which meant working around the clock, burning themselves out it," she said.
She also stressed the need to unplug and maintain a work-life balance.
"I think we should both lean in and lean back, in order to recharge ourselves."
