Arianna appeared for an interview at this year's Consumer Electronics Show on Tuesday to explain the inspiration behind GPS For The Soul, the Huffington Post's newly released mobile app.

"I think it's also helping people recognize the connection between our mind, our body and our soul," Arianna said. "That's why we call it 'GPS For The Soul' -- because if you just take care of your physical health, it's not going to be enough.

"If you just take care of what you eat and how much exercise you get," she continued, "and you don't deal with your anxiety, your depression, your stress, you're still not really dealing with your whole being, and all these other factors are going to affect your health."

GPS For The Soul -- which Arianna has described as "part of our comprehensive site-wide lifestyle coverage centered around the theme 'Less Stress, More Living'" -- launched today at CES. The app is available to download in the iTunes app store.
