In this episode of The Future in 5 I ask the question: How do you deal with negative feedback? Someone recently asked if I have ever received negative feedback and how I dealt with it (and still do!). As we move to a more connected, interactive, communicative and collaborative world, it's imperative that we learn how to deal with feedback, especially negative feedback. Over the last few years I have had pretty much everything come my way from angry blog comments to fake twitter accounts. I not only share with you what I've gone through, but also my solution for dealing with negative feedback. Woody Allen once said, "Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you to death with experience." With that said, I hope you enjoy this episode and... I look forward to your feedback!
