I'm working on a new project that will premier in the next month or so where I go inside organizations interviewing employees and executives. I always ask organizations why they do certain things ─ why they offer certain perks, why they create open office space, what they think about when it comes to the future of work. The No. 1 answer, which I think you should be doing as well, is... listening to employees. In this episode of The Future in 5 I explore this topic sharing why I think that this is where you should start your change.
