Grab hold of the dip bars on the either side of your body, making sure your wrists are straight.
Before starting make sure your arms are straight, shoulders are down, feet are off the ground, and ankles crossed behind you.
Begin the motion by breaking your arms and lowering yourself, under control, until your upper arm touches your lower arm. Keep your chest up and eyes forward as you descend.
Pause at the bottom for a second and press yourself back to the start by contracting your triceps and your chest.
Repeat for given reps maintaining good form.
