Florida investigator, author and owner of the site WebOfDeception.com Joseph Culligan has turned up a few tidbits on Debbie Rowe, the (ex-wife in name only, apparently) of the late Michael Jackson, including a number of tax liens. One of the liens from late 2007 was for nearly $100,000.

Culligan also found this website for Painted Desert Ranch, with Debbie Rowe's name in the contact info section that's curiously devoid of actual contact info. The site, which seems like an unfinished work-in-progress, takes on an especially creepy tinge when coupled with Rowe's romantic quotation reportedly given to The News of the World about the children she conceived for Jackson, "Just like I stick the sperm up my horse, this is what they did to me. I was his thoroughbred."

Culligan also notes the name of the what seems to be a holding company for property Rowe owns is "NuStart Trust," which seems to be an indication of how Rowe felt about being Jackson's thoroughbred effected her life.
