"...you know he can control people so that they do terrible things without being able stop themselves. You're scared for yourself, and your family, and your friends."

This is a quote from Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire, but it is somehow very relevant today. With Donald Trump in the presidential race panic has set in, not just in America, but around the world as the orange, unfiltered man steps closer to The White House.

Over the past few months there have been numerous parallels between D-Trump and Lord Voldemort. As an unabashed, raging Harry Potter fan, I think we're giving Trump too much credit. He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named was actually super smart, and we've all heard Trump speak.

The crew at BloodBlitz Comedy noticed the similarities between the two villains and created a scary-real video of Trump leading the Death Eaters. Something about Trump's obsession with purebloods and his speeches about trying to ban Muslims and Mexicans from America feels eerily familiar.

Just like Voldemort, the only way to stop Trump is for Americans to join together and prove that we don't want the world he envisions. Dumbledore said it best in The Goblet Of Fire, "We are only as strong as we are united, as weak as we are divided. Lord Voldemort's gift for spreading discord and enmity is very great. We can fight it only by showing an equally strong bond of friendship and trust. Differences of habit and language are nothing at all if our aims are identical and our hearts are open." Freaky shit.
