So the creepy ventriloquist makes it through unscathed while the two awesome magicians and the death-defying balancing team are sent home.

I guess that makes sense.

Featuring performances by the cast of Broadway's adaptation of Bring it On (really?) and a Carly Rae Jepsen/Owl City tag team (I can name exactly one song by either of them and neither song was the one they performed), the wild card results show on America's Got Talent was definitely... uh ...wild.

Here's who made it through:

1. Sebastien "El Charro de Oro"
2. Andrew DeLeon
3. All That!
4. Todd Oliver

I was surprised by America's sudden love of mariachi, but Sebastien and his band are awesome, so I welcome them back to the show with open arms. Now, if only we could get a decent polka band through auditions.

Andrew DeLeon was pretty much a given, but then I thought the likes of Spencer Horsman and the Bandbaz Brothers were guaranteed picks as well. Instead, we will be treated, however reluctantly, more awkward puppy dummies and more clogging.

Of course, when the judges choice options came down to All That! and Lindsay Norton, clogging is at least marginally more exciting.

What are your thoughts on Wednesday's eliminations?
