Many of you will be familiar with the name Jack Canfield. Jack is the originator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series, whose empowering messages and success strategies have helped hundreds of thousands of individuals achieve their dreams. After founding the Chicken Soup for the Soul Enterprises, Jack went on to become a multiple bestselling author, founder and chairman of The Canfield Training Group, and affectionately referred to as "America's #1 Success Coach."

I met up with Jack recently at his home in Santa Barbara, where I had the opportunity to participate in an empowering 2-day mastermind retreat with Jack and fellow entrepreneurs. As part of the experience, Jack and I sat down to discuss the topic that I am most passionate about: the challenges of inherited wealth and advocacy for the inheritor.

I invite you to watch the interview (approximately 15 minutes), which quickly gets to the heart of the issues and really illuminates the depth of challenges that heirs (or any recipient of windfall wealth) face. The interview is refreshing in that normally, Jack is the one posing the questions. As you will see during the conversation, I served mainly to facilitate much of the dialogue, allowing Jack to weigh in on his personal experience with wealth integration. Watch as we bring insight and understanding to the idea that wealth can and should be a transformative experience aimed at empowering the heir towards achieving his or her life's ambitions. I hope you enjoy!
