President Donald Trump went off-topic during a tax reform roundtable in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. The president made false claims about the visa lottery system and voter fraud in the 2016 election, attacked Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.V.) and ranted about MS-13 gangs and chain migration.

The ACLU's efforts to undermine experts who believe voter fraud is a substantial problem will have a lasting legacy.

“This could really be in a lot of ways the case where we really put the evidence of fraud on trial in this country," said the ACLU's Dale Ho.
The state's election commission and Senate disagreed over who had the right to remove the commission's administrator.
