Following the success of our Oasis at the DNC, we're hoping to give you a little cyber-oasis -- a place to escape -- where you can take a moment to unplug, relax, and recharge.
While multi-tasking enables us to get more things done more quickly, our minds pay the price. They become busy as we dart from thought to thought, regardless of whether or not those thoughts serve us.
Today let's practice some balancing postures to bring more stability to the body and mind. When you are standing on one leg, the mind has no choice but to slow down and focus to help orient the body in space.
