I guess if you don't believe in climate change, then you don't believe in the increased risk of storms like Sandy... and in that fantasy FEMA becomes expendable. This from a man who thinks cleaning up the eastern seaboard is like cleaning up after a high school football game. Maybe that's what Mitt Romney spent his school days doing instead of attending science class.

Every time his ideas or character are tested by real life events it is increasingly clear that he doesn't have any answers... or will change his answer whichever way the wind is blowing. And this week the wind blew hard enough to reveal him once and for all.
