A Health Care Constitutional Amendment?

One week from today, I hope we will not forget Barack Obama's eloquent--and specific--comment to debate moderator Tom Brokaw, that health care "should be a right for every American".
Note the rising lines on this video that Jason Linkins put up for us on HuffPost 3 weeks ago--once McCain stops wandering around, you can see how popular Obama's comments are with the undecided voters who were watching.
Health care as a right is not only moral, it's popular. It should be part of any health care reform package we pass next year.
Fortunately, Congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr., has already introduced H.J.Res. 30, which calls for a Constitutional Amendment to establish "the right of citizens of the United States to health care of equal high quality."
As we move forward on health care, let's guarantee it in the U.S. Constitution.
