Tonight on PBS, I sit down with nine-time Grammy Award winner and R&B superstar Mary J. Blige. In addition to providing insight into the creation of her first holiday CD, "A Mary Christmas," which also marks her first collaboration with legendary producer David Foster, she talks about the trajectory of her 21-year career.

In the clip below, Blige talks about being her worst critic and what she hears in her singing voice now that she didn't hear at the beginning of her career.
