With Top Chef Masters returning on Wed, July 24th, we decided to compile a list of all the restaurants opened (and shuttered) by the original show's cheftestants from seasons 1-10, and provide updates on what they're up to now. Pack your knives and go... look at how brutal the restaurant business can be!

What's She Up to Now? Her bio says she's Jay-Z and Beyoncé's personal chef. It does not sound like it's a hard knock life for her, and it seems like she's dangerously in love with her job! Those are songs.

Brian Hill

What's He Up to Now? Regretting coming back to coach the Orlando Magic. JK! The 411 on Brian is that he's Mary J. Blige's personal chef. That is another song.
