Hill was thrust into the spotlight when she accused current Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas of sexual harassment in the 1990s.
“I owe her an apology," Biden said in a recent interview with Teen Vogue.
He could use this moment to encourage other white men to be honest about their role in perpetuating immoral political structures.
"He said, 'I am sorry if she felt she didn’t get a fair hearing.' That’s sort of an 'I’m sorry if you were offended.'"
