The 2024 Republican presidential candidate slammed fellow party members for their criticism of the Justice Department on Sunday.

"I think Jan. 6 really disqualifies him for the future. And so, we move beyond that," said the Arkansas governor, who's considering his own run for the presidency.
“That’s almost the scenario that Biden wishes for. And that’s probably how he got elected the first time,” said Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson.

A trial is scheduled for October that will determine whether to permanently block the law.
