Electoral fraud

President Donald Trump went off-topic during a tax reform roundtable in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. The president made false claims about the visa lottery system and voter fraud in the 2016 election, attacked Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.V.) and ranted about MS-13 gangs and chain migration.

The White House wanted to check voter information against federal databases to identify people who were on voting rolls illegally.
