heartbeat bill

Some filmmakers have said they won’t work in the state after the governor signed a “heartbeat bill.”
The activist has gotten some backlash from critics who say her proposed tactic to protest restrictive anti-abortion laws misses the point.
The host of "Busy Tonight" said she's "genuinely really scared for women and girls all over this country" and thinks everyone should be "sharing our stories more.”
The bill would ban abortion if a heartbeat is detected, which usually occurs around six weeks. It now goes to the state's Republican governor.
He also vetoed the "heartbeat bill," which would have made abortions illegal before many women even know they're pregnant.
The Satanic Temple claims it violates its beliefs.
