The worst flooding "is yet to come" for parts of the Carolinas, the National Weather Service said Saturday night.

Kinston Teens is an effort to amplify the voices of all of the youth of Kinston North Carolina, and to create civic engagement and community service opportunities as positive alternatives for teens.
